This week marked an important milestone for our litter as all puppies completed their 7-day neonatal assessment based on the Kersting method.
Performed at exactly seven days of age, this evaluation provides valuable early information about each puppy's development and helps us identify traits that may later be important for therapy work, sports, show careers, or family life. While personalities are still only beginning to emerge, these first observations are always fascinating and give us an early glimpse into each puppy's individual potential.
We are delighted to report that all ten puppies are healthy, thriving, and gaining weight beautifully. Their days are currently filled with nursing, sleeping, and growing, while their wonderful mother continues to take excellent care of them.
The first week has flown by, and we are excited to see what the coming weeks will bring.
