This week brought one of the milestones we always look forward to: their eyes have started to open, and their hearing is beginning to develop. Day by day, they are becoming more aware of the world around them.
All ten puppies are thriving and gaining weight nicely. Most of the day is still spent sleeping and nursing, but we are starting to see those first little moments of curiosity and independence.
The changes at this age are subtle, yet remarkable. It feels like only yesterday they arrived, and now the first glimpses of their individual personalities are beginning to emerge.
We look forward to watching them grow and discover more of the world in the weeks ahead.
